He continued his academic journey at AIIMS, earning his Master of Surgery (MS) degree in 1989, with a thesis focused on liver transplantation.

Driven by a passion for surgical excellence, Dr. Soin pursued further specialization and training in the field of liver transplantation. He obtained his Primary Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1992, followed by additional fellowships from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
